研究經歷:
1995年獲河南醫科大學醫學碩士后留校即任講師,從事單克隆抗體及抗癌疫苗制備和應用研究。1998-2003年間,于美國明尼蘇達(Minnesota)大學,率先研究A類紫外線(UVA)誘導癌變與細胞信號傳導網絡的分子機理。之后,在英國丹迪(Dundee)大學獲細胞生化的哲學博士 (PhD),留校做CO-PI研究員, 開創了核膜轉錄因子Nrf1及基因調控與癌變的機制研究。2007年被選為英國皇家醫學協會Fellow。曾任鄭州大學生物工程系教授,現任重慶大學生物醫學聯合學院教授。共發表90 多項出版物,其中65篇研究論文,多數發表于生物化學(JBC, BJ)和癌癥(Cancer Research,Oncogene,Carcinogenesis),及
研究方向:
1)細胞生化和拓撲生物學;
2)癌癥生物學與基因調控;
3)脂肪肝炎惡化為肝癌的分子病理學;
4)Nrf1抗老化與癌變機制及化學防治。
