新型可溶性輸油管道清蠟球的研制及性能評價

摘要:針對傳統清蠟球功能單一、不具備溶解性且容易發生卡球、蠟堵事故的不足,設計制備了一種適用于油田集輸系統既具有物理清蠟功能,又具備化學防蠟效果的可溶性清蠟球。采用掛片法及自制動態防蠟率測試裝置對所選防蠟劑進行靜態防蠟率及動態防蠟率測試,通過壓力機及自制室內動態溶解模擬裝置對清蠟球進行了物理性能及溶解性能評價實驗,最后進行現場測試。防蠟率測試結果表明:防蠟劑防蠟率最高可達50%且在應用于實際情況效果更加明顯;物理性能測試結果表明:所制不同配方的清蠟球承壓能力均在2 MPa以上,在管線中運行時,均不會發生破碎從而實現物理清蠟的作用;清蠟球動態溶解釋放性能測試結果表明:清蠟球溶解釋放速率隨溫度的上升逐漸增加,隨含水率的增加逐漸減小,另外隨著防蠟組分中防蠟劑的含量增加,其溶解釋放速度呈現下降趨勢,最高為0.28 g/h,最低為0.08 g/h,釋放速度較慢且速度可控,可滿足不同管線防蠟需求。通過現場應用試驗進行驗證取得了較好的結果。

Development and performance evaluation of novel soluble wax removal ball for oil transportation pipelines
Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of traditional wax cleaner balls in terms of single function, insolubility and high risks of ball jamming and wax blocking, a soluble wax removal ball with both physical wax removal function and chemical wax inhibiting effect was designed and prepared for oilfield gathering system. The static wax prevention rate and dynamic wax prevention rate of the selected anti-wax agent were tested using the hanging method and the homemade dynamic wax prevention rate testing device, and the indoor physical performance and dissolution performance of the wax removal ball were evaluated by the press and the homemade indoor dynamic dissolution simulation device, and finally the field test was conducted. The results of the wax inhibiting rate test show that the wax inhibiting rate of the anti-wax agent can reach up to 50% and the effect is more obvious when applied to the actual situation. The results of the physical performance test show that the pressure-bearing capacity of the wax spheres of different formulations made is above 2 MPa and will not be broken when running in the pipeline, thus realizing the role of physical wax removal. The results of the dynamic dissolution and release performance of the anti-wax components in the wax spheres show that the dissolution and release rate of the wax spheres gradually increases with the rise of temperature. The test results show that the dissolution and release rate of the wax inhibiting component in the wax removal ball gradually increases with the rise of temperature while gradually decreases with the increase of water content. In addition, as the content of the wax inhibiting agent in the wax inhibiting component increases, the dissolution and release rate shows a decreasing trend. The dissolution and release rate of the wax inhibiting component varies under different conditions, with the highest being 0.28 g/h and the lowest being 0.08 g/h, and the release rate is low and controllable, which can meet the demand of wax inhibiting in different pipelines. It can be slowly released in the crude oil during the dynamic dissolution process of pipeline to play the role of long-lasting chemical wax inhibiting, and the release rate will change with different formulations to realize the control over the release rate. The improved performance has been verified by field application test.
