基于隨機森林的蝴蝶脆餅的工藝研究

摘要:傳統的蝴蝶脆餅制作方法基于經驗和傳統工藝,如手工操作、配方比例、烘烤時間和溫度。針對傳統方法下蝴蝶脆餅制作過程中工藝參數過多,精度不高的特點,本文提出了一種基于邏輯回歸的隨機森林模型,傳統的隨機森林模型處理時間長,精確度有待提高。因此本文在建立子樹過程中引入了邏輯回歸、閾值設定進行了預剪枝從而提高精確度與速度,生成的分類決策樹的路徑映射到各種因素對蝴蝶脆餅成功率的影響,從而提供給廠商一定的理論基礎。實驗研究表明,本文所提出的基于邏輯回歸的隨機森林預測方法相較于傳統的隨機森林具有更高的預測精度。?????

Research on the technology of pretzel based on random forest
Abstract:The traditional pretzel preparation method is based on experience and traditional techniques such as manual operation, formula ratio, baking time and temperature. Aiming at the characteristics of too many process parameters and low precision in the process of pretzel production under the traditional method, a random forest model based on logistic regression is proposed in this paper. The traditional random forest model has a long processing time and needs to be improved in accuracy. Therefore, this paper introduced logistic regression and threshold setting in the process of establishing subtrees to improve accuracy and speed, and mapped the path of the generated classification decision tree to the influence of various factors on the success rate of precrisp, thus providing a certain theoretical basis for manufacturers. The experimental results show that the stochastic forest prediction method based on logistic regression has higher prediction accuracy than the traditional stochastic forest.?????
