煤矸石的熱重分析--以淮北某煤礦為例

摘要:為研究淮北某煤礦煤矸石在不同溫度中的燃燒以及動力學特性,使用熱重-熱差同步熱分析儀,在空氣條件下對煤矸石進行30-1000 ℃升溫,得到TG曲線和DTG曲線以及DSC曲線。結果表明: 在40-100 ℃、430-650 ℃兩個溫度范圍之間樣品失重量較高,出現兩個分解峰,分別是在56.5 ℃和511.8 ℃。當溫度達到511.8 ℃時,煤矸石質量為11.7493 mg,失重率為3.3%,當溫度在430-650 ℃之間時煤矸石中的大分子官能團發生解離,羥基脫去,將出現煤矸石的最大失重速率,當溫度達到1000 ℃時,樣品質量為11.0787 mg,失重率為8.80%。整個過程吸熱峰為60.6 ℃、517.3 ℃,放熱峰為563.9 ℃。?????

Thermogravimetric Analysis of Coal Gangue in Huaibei Coal Mine
Abstract:In order to study the combustion and kinetic characteristics of Zhuzhuang coal gangue in Huaibei City at different temperatures, a thermogravimetric-thermal difference synchronous thermal analyzer was used to heat the coal gangue at 30-1000 ℃ under air conditions to obtain the TG curve and DTG. Curve and DSC curve. The results show that the sample weight loss is relatively high in the two temperature ranges of 40-100 ℃ and 430-650 ℃, and two decomposition peaks appear, respectively at 56.5 ℃ and 511.8 ℃. When the temperature reaches 511.8 ℃, the mass of coal gangue is 11.7493 mg, and the weight loss rate is 3.3%. When the temperature is between 430-650 ℃, the macromolecular functional groups in the coal gangue will dissociate, and the hydroxyl groups will be removed. The maximum weight loss rate, when the Thermogravimetric Analysis of Coal Gangue in Huaibei Coal Minetemperature reaches 1000 ℃, the sample mass is 11.0787 mg, and the weight loss rate is 8.80%. The endothermic peaks of the whole process are 60.6 ℃, 517.3 ℃, and the exothermic peaks are 563.9 ℃.
