基于GPR-WOA的遼寧省最優化化肥施用研究

摘要:化肥是保障糧食增產的重要生產資料,是保障國家糧食安全的必要農資,在當今農業生產中起到重要作用。合理的施用化肥可以促進農業增產增效,農民增收致富。為了促進糧食收成最大化,本文通過檢索遼寧省各市耕地土壤元素單位面積含量,對耕地土壤成分相似的城市進行K-means聚類。在每一個類別中,檢索各市歷年化肥施用量和單位面積收成,使用高斯過程回歸得出其中的關聯關系,最后使用鯨魚優化算法進行目標規劃求解,得出各市在最大收成時的化肥施用量。?

Research on Optimal Fertilizer Application in Liaoning Province Based on GPR-WOA
Abstract:Chemical fertilizer is an important means of production to increase grain production and a necessary agricultural resource to ensure national food security. It plays an important role in today\'s agricultural production. Rational application of chemical fertilizer can promote agricultural production and efficiency, farmers increase income and get rich. In order to maximize grain yield, K-means clustering was carried out for cities with similar cultivated soil components by retrieving the elements per unit area of cultivated soil in Liaoning Province. In each category, the fertilizer application amount and yield per unit area of each city were retrieved over the years, and the correlation relationship was obtained by Gaussian process regression. Finally, the whale optimization algorithm was used to solve the target planning problem, and the fertilizer application amount of each city at the maximum harvest was obtained.
