基于尋優模型的安全應急物資儲備與調配

摘要:確定應急救援物資儲備中轉站的合理選址與應急救援物資的最佳調配方案在發生突發災難時,對保障受災群眾生命安全,減少社會損失,起著至關重要的作用。為解決應急救援物資儲備中轉站合理選址及最佳物資調配方案等問題,采用熵權PSO-SVM最佳尋優仿真模型,利用熵權-PSO自適應算法進行選址尋優,并用SVM算法進行模型檢測確定應急物資儲備中轉站合理選址。通過確定物資中轉站合理選址,對問題約束條件進行分析,建立了熵權法與動態規劃相結合的動態優化線性免疫應急物資分配模型,最后計算出最佳應急物資調運方案。為突發災難的應急救援物資儲運與高效調運提供了理論支持。

Safety emergency material reserve and allocation based on optimization model
Abstract:Determining the reasonable location of the emergency relief materials reserve transfer station and the best deployment plan of emergency relief materials plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of the victims and reducing social losses in the event of sudden disasters. In order to solve the problems of reasonable location of emergency relief materials reserve transfer station and optimal material allocation scheme, entropy weight PSO-SVM optimal optimization simulation model was adopted, entropy weight PSO adaptive algorithm was used for site optimization, and SVM algorithm was used for model detection to determine the reasonable location of emergency materials reserve transfer station. By selecting the reasonable location of the material transfer station and analyzing the constraint conditions of the problem, a dynamic optimization linear immune emergency material distribution model combining entropy weight method and dynamic programming was established, and the optimal emergency material distribution scheme was calculated. It provides theoretical support for the storage and efficient distribution of emergency relief materials in sudden disasters.
