輔助站立機構的動力學建模與仿真

摘要:為滿足使用者的站立需求介紹了一種三自由度輔助站立機構,該機構能夠輔助人體按照屈膝彎腰站立的方式完成站立過程。針對輔助站立機構的結構特點進行分析,根據人機輔助站立過程的運動特征構建了人機約束關系,通過對輔助站立過程中人機運動特征的分析,對人機系統模型進行了簡化,建立了人機系統簡化模型,采用拉格朗日方法建立了輔助站立過程的人機系統動力學模型,構建了輔助站立機構驅動力與人體關節角度之間的映射關系。最后通過數值仿真與虛擬樣機仿真對動力學模型的有效性進行了驗證。

Dynamic Modeling and Simulation of Assisted Standing Mechanism
Abstract:To meet the user\'s standing needs, a three degree of freedom auxiliary standing mechanism is introduced, which can assist the human body to complete the standing process by bending their knees and stooping. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the assisted standing mechanism, a human-machine constraint relationship is constructed based on the motion characteristics of the assisted standing process. Through the analysis of the human-machine motion characteristics during the assisted standing process, the human-machine system model is simplified, and a simplified model of the human-machine system is established. A dynamic model of the assisted standing process is established using the Lagrange method, The mapping relationship between the driving force of the auxiliary standing mechanism and the angle of the human joint is constructed. Finally, the validity of the dynamic model is verified by numerical simulation and virtual prototype simulation.
