弧形目標磁場的單邊磁體設計

摘要:本文設計出一種半環形單邊核磁共振傳感器,該傳感器磁體結構由四塊磁棒和兩根鐵棒組成。磁體結構的設計思路來源于Halbach磁體,對Halbach磁體進行解環,通過修改四個磁棒和兩根鐵棒的空間位置,利用有限元仿真軟件對目標區域上的靜磁場分布進行計算,設計出一種主磁場為弧形的永磁體磁體結構。磁場目標區域位于磁體上方,磁場分布呈弧形,在Z軸上具有恒定梯度。該傳感器體積小、造價低,可以用于弧形平面測量,實現無損檢測的目的。

The design of a single side magnet in the arc target area
Abstract:A semi annular nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) sensor is designed in this paper. The design idea of the structure of the magnet comes from the Halbach magnet. The design of the magnet is carried out by the process of the Halbach magnet. According to the spatial location adjustment of four bar and two iron bars, designed a kind of permanent magnet structure. The magnetic field is located above the magnet, and the distribution of the magnetic field is arc. The magnetic field has a constant gradient on the Z axis. The sensor is small in volume and low in cost. It can be used to measure the arcsurface and achieve the purpose of nondestructive testing.
